Kolor Skemes was approached to freshen up the logo for the largest estate agent in Burnham on Sea. Gary Berryman felt that they had lost their market leading edge over the last few years. Our solution was radical for the estate agency, promoting the towns’ more scenic aspects. Kolor Skemes photographed the local landscape, chose a new colour palette and matched these with a sophisticated typeface.
